How much does Heimaleiga charge for property management?
Heimaleiga charges 20% of the rental income generated from your property.
This means that we only earn when your property earns. Our fee covers the daily management of the rental process, including booking handling, guest communication, coordination, check-in information and general operation of the property.
Cleaning is normally charged separately to the guest and is not included in the rental income.
